Each additional hour costs 14 € and is billed in whole hours. You only pay for the time actually used: if we finish in forty minutes, you pay the first hour and nothing more. Travel is included in the price with no mileage surcharge, within the municipalities in our coverage area.

The technician solves it at your premises. Afterwards we charge only the hours used and issue the invoice.

We cover 15 municipalities with travel included in the price: the metropolitan area (Santa Cruz, La Laguna), Acentejo, the La Orotava valley and as far as Icod de los Vinos. We would rather be clear about where we reach before you book than accept the visit and tell you afterwards.

FAQ
What people usually ask
When is the money actually taken?
Booking only creates a pre-authorisation: your bank holds the estimated amount but does not transfer it. The real charge happens after the visit and only for the hours actually worked. If we cancel the visit for internal reasons of our own, we release the hold in full and you are charged absolutely nothing.
What if the job takes less than an hour?
The first hour is the minimum and is charged in full: it covers travel, diagnosis and the work itself. If we finish early, we use the remaining time to check other equipment or leave you recommendations.
What if it needs more hours than I booked?
The technician tells you on the spot before carrying on. If you agree, extra hours are billed at 14 € each. When they exceed what you booked, we send an additional payment link or add it to the invoice, whichever you prefer.
Do you visit private homes?
No. This service is exclusively for businesses: offices, shops, clinics, restaurants, workshops and other commercial premises. We work with company or sole-trader tax details and issue a deductible invoice.
Can I request a same-day visit?
It depends on the day’s schedule, but we always try. Pick "As soon as possible" as your time window and we will confirm by phone as soon as the request reaches us.
What if it cannot be fixed on site?
You get a clear diagnosis and a fixed quote with your options: taking the equipment to the workshop, ordering the part needed, or replacement. The visit hour is still charged, because the diagnosis is the work that was carried out.
Does the price include travel?
Yes, within our coverage area. 35 € covers the full first hour including travel to any of the 15 municipalities we serve, with no mileage or zone surcharge. Outside that area we do not offer the visit yet — see the list of municipalities.
How do I get the invoice?
By email, as a PDF, in the name of the company or sole trader you enter when booking, with IGIC itemised and valid for your accounts.
