Where we work in Tenerife

We cover the north and the metropolitan area of Tenerife with travel included in the price. Here is every municipality, with no small print.

We would rather be clear about where we reach before you book than accept the visit and tell you afterwards that there is a surcharge or that today is not possible. If your business is in one of the municipalities listed below, travel is included in the 35 € first-hour rate, with no mileage or zone charge.

The reason we do not cover the whole island is straightforward: a fixed price with travel included only works within a radius where we can arrive quickly and fit several visits into the same day. Covering the south from the north would mean either raising the price for everyone or promising response times we could not keep.

Municipalities we do not cover yet

If your business is in one of these, we cannot yet offer the visit with travel included. Do get in touch anyway: for problems that can be handled remotely, or longer jobs that justify the journey, we will look at it case by case and tell you honestly whether we can help.

Common questions

Is there a travel surcharge within the coverage area?
No. Within the municipalities listed, travel is included in the 35 € first hour, whether you are in Santa Cruz or Icod de los Vinos.
My company has premises in several municipalities. How does that work?
Each visit is booked per address. Where premises are in covered municipalities, each is served at the same rate. If one falls outside, tell us and we will work out how to arrange it.
Will you expand the area?
That is the intention as demand grows. If you are outside the current area and get in touch, it helps us judge where expanding first makes sense.
